Retrieving user banking information. Typically, all user transactions for the last 3 to 12 months are transferred to our servers to demonstrate the user's banking behavior.
This resource contains all data specific to a product request currently gathered by the user. For instance, it could represent a request for a loan or a payment.

The ID representing a chat flow.

- The ID of the alternative (a hexadecimal ID);
- The language used (two letters ISO);

KYC is the process of verifying the identity of a client and validating its trustfulness for the business.

The most basic unit of a Conversation. It contains the state of the conversation at a specific time. It is possible to revert the state of the conversation at any message (i.e, going back in the conversation). This action is called a rollback.

A solution which interacts with Algoan's API (e.g, KYC solution, Bank service, etc). It can be activated for a Chatbot in order to add a feature or improve the user process. By activating it for a Chatbot, it will create a unique Service Account specific to the Service.
An account which should use a service to interact with Algoan API for an associated Chatbot. A service account is a unique link between a chatbot and a service.
An HTTP service that is subscribed to one or more events to be raised by the Algoan service and calling back to Algoan and communicating with it.
